  • BOY SCOUTSOF AMERICA
    Boy Scout Boy Scout Troop #91 meets Wednesday evenings at 7:00-8:30 in the basement of the Coolbaugh Township Memorial Buiding, Rt 611, Tobyhanna. The Boy Scouts are for boys who are 11 to 17 years old. The Scouting Program is truly the adventure of a lifetime! Give your son the valuable gift of becoming a scout.     All Candidates for Confirmation must:
  • Have received the Sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation and First Holy Eucharist.
  • Have attended CCD classes regularly.
  • Have attended weekly mass regularly and signed the log-in book at church, or submitted a signed bulletin from the Mass the candidate attended.
  • Have completed the mandatory service hours.
  • Have submitted a report written on their Confirmation name and corresponding Saint.
  • Have selected a sponsor in good standing with the Catholic Church as set forth by the Diocese of Scranton and submitted a sponsor card/letter on their behalf.
  • Have attended and participated in all retreats.
  • VIRTUS: Protecting God's Children

    A three-hour training session is mandatory for all employees and adult volunteers who work with youth in the Diocese of Scranton. The session focuses on ways to make and maintain a safe environment for all. All those attending the training will learn to recognize the warning signs of sexual abuse and respond appropriately. All employees and adult volunteers who work with young people are required to attend this training session. All parents are invited and encouraged to attend.
